Meet our Founder and Principal
With a passion for inspiring people through the power of storytelling, Lucas Mack founded 4th Avenue Media in 2008. What began as a mission to help organizations communicate more clearly and authentically has grown into a full-service media and marketing agency serving companies nationwide. Lucas built the agency on the belief that when brands lead with truth, purpose, and emotional connection, they don’t just attract attention — they build lasting loyalty.
Beyond his work in branding and marketing, Lucas is a sought-after speaker, author, and podcast host known for blending vulnerability, leadership, and personal transformation into compelling, actionable insights. He is the host of The Lucas Mack Show podcast and the author of Everyone Has a Plan Until They Get Punched in the Face, where he explores resilience, identity, and the power of choosing integrity in the face of adversity.
Lucas has spoken at organizations and events around the world, including TEDx, Microsoft, Vulcan, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), among many others. He was honored as both “Member’s Choice Speaker” and “Most Memorable Speaker” by the University of Washington’s American Marketing Association — recognition that reflects his ability to connect deeply with audiences and leave a lasting impact.
Before launching his agency, Lucas built a successful career as an on-air television news reporter for ABC, NBC, and FOX affiliates, where he earned recognition for his compelling storytelling and ability to find the human truth at the center of every story. That foundation in journalism continues to shape his work today, influencing how he helps brands, leaders, and organizations communicate with clarity, authenticity, and heart.
